Reclaiming Self
In our Reclaiming Self embodiment workshops, we create a gentle and empowering space for survivors of trauma to rediscover their sense of wholeness within their bodies. We understand that trauma can significantly impact how individuals care for themselves, build connections with others, and foster hope for the future. That’s why our workshops emphasize both individual and community healing, offering a nurturing atmosphere where participants can feel safe and supported. Discovering Self
Our Discovering Self workshops provide a welcoming opportunity to reconnect with your body. Many of us are socialized to distance ourselves from our physical selves from a young age, leading to a disconnection between mind and body.
